What do my fitness groups entail?
Commitment. Hard work. Sweat. Dedication. Better nutrition. Healthier habits. Strength. Pushing past your comfort zone. Knowing you can do the hard things and that the hard things will become easier. Unconditional support and love. From myself, for a lifetime. From other women in our groups on similar journeys. Journeys of strength. Journeys of weight loss. Journeys of muscle gain. Journeys of independence and freedom from being "stuck" for so long and liberated to move our bodies and reshape them.
My groups are a safe haven for feeling good about yourself. A no-judgement, we've all been there, struggle with us, and get $h*t done place. We celebrate our victories, we don't accept defeat. We embrace the journey. There is no destination. We are in this together.

I run my 30 day groups monthly, I keep them small, and they are on a first come, first served basis.
