Firecracker Pasta Salad

Summer.  Holiday weekend.  BBQ's. Soooooo much food!  
I love pasta salad but always eat wayyyyy too much and feel like a brick is in my stomach after.    
I whipped up this healthier alternative with a little kick, perfect for those holiday BBQ's without the guilt!  


1 box veggie pasta, cooked and cooled 
3-4 Roma tomatoes, chopped 
1 jalapeño, seeded & minced
3/4 c black beans, rinsed & drained
3/4 c sweet corn
1/2-3/4 c Bolthouse farms Salsa Ramch dressing or 1/2 c salsa mixed with 1/3 c plain Greek yogurt 


Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.  Drizzle with dressing.  Stir well until pasta is covered.  Serve & enjoy!
