When breakfast tastes like dessert it makes for a happy day. These protein-packed pancakes make my heart happy. A total win and a great start to Sunday morning! Enjoy!
For the Pancakes:
1 cup Kodiak Protein Pancake Mix
1 scoop vanilla Shakeology (optional)
1 c Vanilla unsweetened almond milk
For the Chocolate/Peanut Butter Drizzle:
3 tbsp vanilla unsweetened almond mik
2 tbsp natural chunky peanut butter
1 tbsp chocolate Shakeology (or chocolate protein isolate)
Chocolate chips optional :)
Prepare pancake batter according to package. Pour onto medium heat griddle into 4-5" dollops.
In a small bowl, microwave almond milk and peanut butter for approximately 15 seconds. Stir in chocolate Shakeology. Mix well, may add more almond milk to achieve a thinner consistency. Top with Easy Life Chocolate Chips. Enjoy!
