I don't know about you, but the week of Valentine's Day isn't an easy one if you're trying to reach your fitness goals. Chocolate everywhere. Jumbo sized chocolate kisses. Boxes upon boxes of chocolates. Chocolate covered chocolate. My head says yes but my skinny jeans say no. So I had to make my own chocolate covered strawberry Shakeology today to combat the candy and cravings surrounding me all week! This turned out just heavenly! I am in LOVE! I hope you enjoy as much as I did!
1/2 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1/2 scoop Strawberry Shakeology
4 medium strawberries, rinsed and stems cut off
1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp peanut butter
6-8 ice cubes
Add all ingredients to blender with ice. Blend. Enjoy. Love!
Top with chocolate chips if desired and an extra strawberry to garnish!
