Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer (clean)

Because once September hits, the pumpkin spice is flowing like the Budweiser beers during Cardinals playoffs (another reason why I love this time of year!).  

So contrary to my husband who wanted to stick to the artificial stuff, I wanted to recreate that PSL flavor without the added sugar, artificial flavors, or food dyes.  

PSL, pumpkin, pumpkin spice coffee, coffee creamer, hot coffee, delicious, fall, scarves, sweaters, leaves, boots, latte, caffeine, halloween, breakfast, yum, drink, cinnamon,


1 c vanilla unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp pumpkin purée
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp pure maple syrup 


Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over low-medium heat whisking lightly until purée has dissolved and milk begins to steam.  Remove from heat and pour into a mason jar or small pitcher for storage.  Add to your favorite mug and pour coffee over. Sip and enjoy!

Creamer will keep for 1 week in fridge.
