The pic on the left is 8 days after my last competition. That's right. I was that girl who binge ate for a week after my show, was bloated, felt like crap, and what did I have to show for it except the pics on the left. So I knew I needed to step it into high gear for 3 solid weeks. Suck it up and avoid the temptation, plan my meals, follow my meal plans and do work! And that's exactly what I did and what do I have to show for it? These pics on the right! It's a loss of 2 lbs and 2 inches but I gained that definition back and leaned out big time. For a competitor 2 lbs and 2 inches is a big difference.
Portion control containers are key with this program. You can eat clean but eating the right quantity of foods is so important. The 80/30 rule is completely true. 80% is nutrition, 20% is fitness. 7 heart pumping workouts, one for each day of the week. And I threw in the ab workout 2-3x/week. This program isn't for the faint of heart but it's totally doable whether you're beginning your fitness journey, improving, or are well into a fitness regimen but the combination of workouts plus dialed in nutrition assistance that this program provides is a big time win for guys and gals!
