So I'm ready for another 21 Days of eating clean, daily 30 minute workouts that are going to kick my butt back into gear, and to get back to feeling really good. It's amazing how our bodies react to what we put into them. I normally eat pretty clean and had been in competition prep mode so I hadn't had any real sweets, no refined sugars, minimal carbs (think oats, sweet potatoes, brown rice, rice cakes, veggies) and I was nearly sick to my stomach on Sunday after a holiday weekend of bad choices!
